who can cleverly craft
a solution which dodges
a n squared bullet
but the instant they
get out of school
the goal seems to be
to sit in the leather chair
play golf with the vultures and
never write code again
i do not trust them

tasting, knowing, living this life,
endless days of working wonder
at their fingertips and
they choose to manage money instead
they were never one of us
they merely pretended to be
